Having a booth at the Vancouver Pagan Pride Day (VanPPD) is a great way to interact with the pagan community! Whether you are a business looking to sell your wares, or a community group wanting to share information, there is a place for you at VanPPD.

The event is normally scheduled to take place from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on the South side of the park (near the concession).

The traditional way of paying is for the use of a 10×10 or 10×20 space, and where vendors are expected to be self-sufficient within the space.

The traditional vendor rates for 2017 are:

  • Vendor space: 10×10 = $40, plus a raffle item
  • Vendor space: 10×20 = $70, plus a raffle item
  • Information booth = $20
The new, second option (test-run number 2) for vendors is geared towards artists who do not have enough stock to make it worth it to have a whole space for themselves. It’s also a great solution to support local pagan artists, as they will be able to sell their work on a smaller scale.

The table will be manned by Vancouver Pagan Pride (VPP) and will have a maximum of 10 artists’ work. We learned a lot last year with this table and anticipate much better sales for 2017 as we will be placing the VPP Community Vendors table in the Vendors Zone with all other sales.

Fee to get a spot on the table:

  • $5, plus 15% of sales

Spots will be reserved once the $5 fee is received. All merchandise must be priced and delivered to VPP by September 1 or your spot will be forfeit.
